Birth Certificate

Upon close inspection of my daughters birth certificate I found the following (which I scanned) Canadian Bank Note Company, Limited. They can be found at http://www.cbnco.com/index.html

upon browsing their site there is a bunch of very interesting information. Specifically, they are responsible for creating lottery tickets, passports, etc...... hmmmmmmm.

Birth Certificate Proves Title

BIRTH CERTIFICATE PROVES TITLE.

Did the name come from your head? If not, then someone else's? IT belongs to the party who chartered/registered IT. VITAL STATISTICS in each PROVINCE owns IT.

Bank note company said the info on a birth certificate is intellectual property of the PROVINCE, the guarantor, Her Majesty.

And AC Delco makes car parts.

The so-what light should be illuminated. If it isn't, you need to reset your system.

The infamous "Birth Certificate"

Section 321, of their Criminal Code explains the words;

Exchequer Bill; means; a bank note, bond, note, debenture or security that is issued or "Guaranteed by Her Majesty" under the authority of Parliament or the Legislature of a "Province".

Exchequer bill paper; means paper that is used to manufactured Exchequer bills.

"Revenue Paper"; means paper that is used to make Stamps, Licences, or Permits or for any purpose connected with the "Public Revenue". R.S., c.C.34,s.282; R.S.C. 1985, c. 27 (1st Supp.), s. 42.

Now then the infamous "Birth Certificate" is guaranteed by Her Majesty under the authority VITAL STATISTICS of a PROVINCE and is on banknote/revenue paper/exchequer bill paper

AC Delco is in the business of making auto parts.

I would think that the "bank note company" is in the business of making bank notes.

The so what light is on.

The whole system needs to be reset.

I think the appropriate analogy is this:

The porch light is on and the bugs have been swarming around it. So much so that you can barely see the light.

Somebody needs to 'blow up' or 'blow tourch' the porch.....

PS: bugs are agents of the system (judges, lawyers, clerks, counsellors, ....)
