If only their efforts didn't help protect the collections scammers they wouldn't bother me as much as they do.

Their apparent goal is to paint everyone who allegedly owes anything into a corner from which they can't defend themselves, all the while defending knowingly fraudulent collections activities by blaming the victims for being irresponsible.

And FYI - those who sell bogus debt-elimination schemes only make it easier for them.
