I see alot of error messages when downloading files ,for example :
Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/vhosts/suijuris.net/httpdocs/forum/downloads.php:471) in /downloads.php on line 473
Anyway the administrator will fix that in the future ??

making the contract
I've read in the RDM4 and it briefly spoke about making the contract. I don't know if I am in the right forum for this type of matter, and if I'm not, I'm sorry. Anyway, is there any info out there, or does anyone have any techniques that i can memorize in private study, until I can find another SPC to learn with or someone of like mind to role play and what not. As i was saying about making the contract. I am completely illiterate, in that i never had a credit card or legally owned a private conveyance, or even had my own apartment, let alone own/use a home. I've spent a lot of my life in the court room, unfortunately as a debtor class 1 ostrich. It's safe of you to assume that I was in prison, and there is where I learned about redemption. I've decided that I am going to take control of my life and opted to use redemption as my out. I've put all of my old ways to rest, but in doing so I find myself flat a** broke.
I followed the manual's direction to the best of my ability but there are so many grey areas as to how to manage ones life. Any and all info, & opinions for any aspect of life will forever be appreciated. Thank you to all in here.
If anyone has need of knowledge of the PA. prison system, I will be more than happy to try to answer your question(s). If there are any SPC's that dwell in Penna. please drop me a line if you are willing to share anything

Worked for me.
I got to the downloads ok.
It says to wait to be redirected.
I've done it a half dozen times now and it always redirects to the old download section.
I think that is the link that will get you there.
Somebody should sticky the link somewhere we can all get to it.

Food for thought.
You have been told you are charged with a debt. Correct?
Can you discharge a debt with an obligation? (Obligation is an IUO. Correct?)
Surely not. You cannot discharge a debt with an obligation.
Whoever says you owe them also says they want Federal Reserve Notes to discharge the debt. Correct?
What is a Federal Reserve Note?
An OBLIGATION.
In other words, 1) either you cannot use a Federal Reserve note to discharge a debt, or 2) if you do use a Federal Reserve Note or any negotiable instrument denominated in Federal Reserve Notes then the debt has not been discharged because the Federal Reserve Note is an obligation and you cannot discharge a debt with an obligation.
Like I said, food for thought.

Modern Money Mechanics
If anyone would like to refute the above Federal Reserve publication as to what a bank does when loans are made feel free to do so in front of a Federal Reserve Bank attorney.
Read the last paragraph found on the right hand side of page six.

Novation or VOD???

For eg. did 'Jersee' get out of paying the 2000+ dollars he owed to 'card service center'?

A better way that "I" would do it is to request for a "mutually signed contract or agreement of novation." Most agreements/contracts come with the standard clause that the so-called creditor can sell or transfer the note, but what is not said is that it (cc company) has to give notice, and inform as to "who." This is never done. Asking for verification of debt is effective. However, I like challenging the stop. Go to the VERY beginning. No contract, no valid entitlement right to claim.
As far as not paying (sic) credit card debt, (i) there is no debt, but for the sake of argument (ii) most credit card companies immediately sell those accounts to third party debt collectors. At this point "novation" has occurred without agreement. AND the CC has been "paid" (sic).
