Debt Collector Lawsuit Template

I just posted a pretty basic lawsuit template geard toward going after debt collectors. It's the exact same one I used in my recent case.

I also file affidavits with every case. An affidavit of mailing, affidavit of facts, and/or affidavit of non-response. I will copy my green cards from the certified mail along with a copy of www.usps.com tracking info showing it was delivered.

I'll post the affidavits shortly.

Thanks Jaylon for this template. I think I might use it on several attorneys who are all trying to collect on the same debt!!
