It seems that everyone one trying a discharge method is trying to force the CCs into dishonor and telling them that they are.
The CCCs are already in dishonor as soon as they send you your first bill to pay. I wish that everyone would allow the CCCs to do the honorable thing (even though they won't). What you have done is exactly what they are doing to you and that is not allowing due process to happen.
All anyone needs to do is demand verification under the codes set forth. That should do it. If you keep demanding certified verification and nothing more and nothing less, they have no choice but to address the issue at hand.
People get jammed up when they force the CCCs into dishonor by trying to corner them. They are already cornered when you demand verification. Allow the system to work the way you want it to work. Forcing them into a position may undo what you are trying to do.
