Angry Garnishment

I need a little help.

Sh(citi)Bank obtained a judgement on me a couple of years ago and began to garnish my wages. I left my job and they have found me again.

I have a hearing tomorrow in front of a magistrate about the judgement and I need to know what I can come into the courtroom with to have the garnishment vacated.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
toddwick

Can you give us specifics on the CC dispute? What has happened before this, and what steps have you taken? Have you asked for validation of the debt?
Emphasis added.

Please look at the links provided below.

Depending on your situation, you might want to look into void judgments, or making yourself judgment resistant.
