At least I found a PROFESSIONAL ATTY possibly finally.

Greetings! Undecided about how to handle the harassment of the Attorney's and Judges here in St. Louis about the foreclosure they've wanted to do forever and a day my first bit of good news comes in today.
In January 2008- I spoke to a nice attorney. For me to say this You know it has to be TRUE. Well in January he told me he couldn't assist us at all. As they have so many clients and can't take on more BLAH, BLAH, BLAH
He is a CONSUMER PROTECTION ATTY ACTUALLY IN ST.LOUIS not in one of our other wonderful states. I know I found him in reference to a case he had won.
So I was DISCOURAGED when he said he couldn't assist us.
Well I didn't stay DISCOURAGED. I read here and on Surijuris.net a lot. A lot of cases! And masterminded I think a good complaint. While no one has ever responded if they thought any of it was good or not I was DESPERATE to have a PROFESSIONAL REVIEW BY SOMEONE with the knowledge to UNDERSTAND what I'M SAYING ABOUT what's GOING ON OUT HERE!!!!!
So I sent him my complaint today. Here's what I sent him
We still haven't refiled a bankruptcy yet. As we're not sure that's the best way to go. I know your apparently swamped and not taking clients. But I'm hoping with all PRAYER'S that you can at least tell me if the attached makes sense to you or not. And if so besides filing maybe what our next step should be.
Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Beyond all HOPE I said let me see if by chance he responded. Thinking it's a Friday afternoon and I'd be LUCKY if he did.
Well I did get a response...It gives me some OPTIMISM in the FIGHT I've been FIGHTING. Let me know what you think!
I got the attached doc and printed it out. I can see you have done an immense amount of work trying to get this right. I will take it home this weekend and try to give some direction. Am I correct in understanding that at this time your bankruptcy is over (and it was not completed), that you still live in your home, and that you have been unable to work a modification that is acceptable with Citi?
That's the 1st GOOD NEWS since this has begun in Oct 2005. Well I guess there has been some but WE'VE BEEN DISCOURAGED by almost every LEGAL PROFESSIONAL there is it seems!
While it's not a PROMISE of Representation he realizes I'm not some LOONEY. That I'm on GAME of WHAT THEIR DOING TO US CITIZENS of this GREAT COUNTRY!
Let's make em IMPLODE...lol...POST UP, iT'S the WEEKEND...We ALL NEED OPTIMISM IN TODAY'S WORLD ! Maybe just maybe we'll find out who OWNS MY NOTE OR NOTES! ME? or THEM?
