collector violated

Hey alll been awhile I like the new sight.
I let myself get caught up in big brithers wortld and I am shocked at the garbage going on. I have re-freed myself if you will.
I sent a Vod package to a collector and suprisingly recieved a phone call after the package had been sent.


I informed mr. barry hayes they were in violation and hung up.

I checked the USPS tracking and they had recieved the VOD package 2 days prior.

I have had massive success as you know with jersees VOD and with the CRAs.

This is not even close to a legitiment debt I sincerely have never heard of either the collector or the alleged debtor.

So ilooked at using the Collector sue template bu I am not sure of how to modify it to include the violation of my VOD and and violation of the FDCPA.

What say YOu all?

Welcome back.

First, that VOD I used is from the old TSN days. I have since streamlined that paperwork.

Next, you should re-read the VOD that you sent and enforce it. You may want to look at including some of the wording, case law and "facts" (if you will) into the document you are trying to modify.

think about it.....it is something in that VOD that they do not want to address. Why not keep it going and demand answers.

by the way, is there any legitimate debts?

I had no problem with the VOD b4 actually it had been quite successfull so I figured why fix it if its not broke.

I am going to put together an affidavit stating the violation. Unfourtunatly the only proof I have they called is the guys name which was actually one of the attorneys. That really suprised me that the attorney himself called. I also have it on my caller Id.

I guess I could try and take a picture of the Id screen to add as an exhibit.

I will post the affidavit for opinion then I guess I need to file with the clerk and and send to the attorney.
