Why entertain a discussion on loans, accounts and stuff--if there is no proof of the debt from the start?
That is like talking about use of a car before seeing if it even operates. So let's get the facts down first----is the debt proven to exist? If not, then leave me alone. If so, then here is a CPN backed by the law to satisfy the debt.
Also, what other meaning can onyone derive from the word "dispute"? Doing what they want you to do is basically testifying against yourself when you dispute. Therefore, you are providing evidence against yourself by disputing, arguing, debating, opposing or whatever. Stop defending yourself and make the accusors prove their claim--its just that simple. Of course it is easier said than done but that is the formula nonetheless.

That was exactly my point! Without validation that the debt exists, all else is moot! no other discussion is necessary!
We are learning! the KISS principle applies -- keep it simple, request validation, wait for their reply, and act upon it.

what then?
so if the banks are lending us any real money, what then? do I take out a so-called "loan," and then not "pay" it back? Or do I just not take out the loan?
be patient with me, I'm still learning. or just refer me to past posts.

Certified Verification of Alleged Debt
Weasel,
What is real money?
When you find the answer to that question--then ask yourself if the banks are loaning anyone "real money".

Certified Verification of Alleged Debt
Well I haven't read this entire thread Rushpat but I suggest creating your own definition based on your knowlege, the law, and various articles on this topic. See my letters to a Federal Credit Bureau and to the CRAs for a sample definition of Certified Verification.

Sorry - I'm coming in very late to this discussion and I'm still trying to read this entire thread. However, Bird, check the Federal Rules of Evidence Rule 1002 (Best Evidence Rule) for an explanation of when a copy is accepted.
