Judge told me NAF arbitration awards are bogus - Need help to verify

Hello,
W& A is trying to get an NAF arbitration award against me confirmed on behalf of MBNA. I had a hearing last Friday and the judge told the opposing attorney that NAF awards are no good according to a recent court ruling. Wolpoff's attorney argued that there is a more recent ruling upholding NAF awards. I have a week to present a motion to the court to confirm my own award and dismiss MBNAs. Has anyone heard of a court ruling stating NAF awards are no good or could you give me advice on how to find the ruling? I would appreciate any help you could give.
