Commercial Affidavit
Recently, 01-26-06, I filed a commercial affidavit against a bank, based on information written by the Federal Reserve bank of chicago, which stated that banks lend only credit, not real money. I challenged their failure to disclose, altering the contract, without my signature. Finally, I requested a refund of all payments made.
The bank refused to answer the affidavit, although the affidavit suppose to stand as the truth, if not rebuttted within a specific time frame.
According to a manager, their policy is to remain silent and not answer.
I have a course of action to take, but I wanted some feedback from members.

Yep!! Remain silent anything you said will be used against you in court of law. That is their Motto. If they reply to your affidavit, will be unrelevant to your demanding.

harps,
Welcome to the forum.
Bank issues are not my forte, but...
In order to give your affidavit muscle, you need to default them, and then have a certified copy filed at the county seat, to bring it into the 'public'.
Then you will be in a position to take action.
For HIS Glory,
Akira

What are you trying to accomplish? Nothing you've done so far has any legal merit or meaning and they have no obligation whatsoever to respond to it, let alone refund your payments.
