COPYRIGHTED / TRADEMARKED NAMES

JERSEEE AND OTHERS,

IS IT ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO COPYRIGHT ONE'S NAME AND USE IT WHEN REQUESTING VERIFICATION OF DEBT AND OFFERING A CPN TO A CREDITOR?

You answered your question just fine Ricky!

COPYRIGHTED / TRADEMARKED NAMES

Questions:

Using the Trademark Notice from the download section, if I notice a party that the name "PAUL R. JONES" is trademarked, the "R" standing for "Robert", and they attempt to serve me using the name "Bob Jones",

1. Is that a violation of the Trademark Notice? Please note the UPPER and lower case lettering in the example above as it exactly mirrors my situation.

2. Can I refuse the process service given that "Bob Jones" is not my name, legal, Christian, or otherwise?

Opinions please.

Any variation of the name should be covered in the notice. That goes for upper or lower case. The last couple sentences of the notice should say something to that effect.

I hear what you're saying Bird, however, I cannot now find the notice in the downloads section or anywhere else on the site for that matter. A search using the word "trademark" produced referrences only to the Forums.

Sui Juris, has it been removed?

Am I missing something here?
