I wanted to see if anyone else is having success. This Administrative Remedy is growing quite popular lately.

Be careful. The alleged judgments are not only bogus, they have no value and anyone presenting them as something of value is engaged in fraud.

Yes Judge, please explain. Most of the people I know who are obtaining these judgments are NOT doing so through the Dorean people.

Just to clarify, you are not saying that the judgement itself is fraudulent, right? You believe that only the "selling" of the judgments may be considered fraudulent.

This is nothing more than a re-re-re-re-engineering of the old BOE stuff that landed some people in jail.

There is no such thing as a private commercial remedy.

And if you believe anyone in any way connected with Dorean I'm of the opinion you deserve whatever befalls you.

MY UNDERSTANDING IS THE DG PRINCIPALS ARE IN JAIL FOR SELLING A MORTGAGE ELIMINATION PROGRAM AND NOT THIS OTHER STUFF.
