Summons
After default on a CA4V a bank finally found a lawyer who would bite. He sent a summons with 20 days to "answer". The next day after recieving the summons

( within the 72) I rejected offer to contract had it Notarized, entered into the clerk of the court & then sent it to the lawyer Registered mail. Question?? Is that sufficient? Must I still respond to the court as per the conditions stated on the summons, etc? Confirm or deny, etc ? What say you?? My 20 days is about up. Anyone??

You should have been spending your time preparing a response to the summons/complaint (your answer).

Watch the Richard Cornforth video that is in the download section of this site. Also, NEVER ARGUE. That is the whole crux of the matter. Pay the debt with your remedy and stop arguing.
