What is the first step in removing your CCR Debt?

If CCR = "credit card" debt, then assuming you obtained goods and/or services using credit cards, the only legally viable answer is to either allocate more of your available resources to paying it down or increasing your available resources and allocating the increase to paying it down.

Otherwise, please define "CCR."
