Greetings.
May this find one & all verily well..
i wouldst appreciate feedback on a few things, if at all possible. i have, as was feebly possible for me to do, looked thru the threads to see if anything appertained to what i seek now.
1. Mortgage assignments: executed to so & so "this" 11th day of Nov. 2005, but effective "this" 18th day of June 2002. ( i know that assignments are meant to be easily conveyed, but i know also, that one of the elements to be done is assigned in the "present" tense. case law or cite wouldst help) Also, how does this effect assignments made thereafter?
2. Verifications: using an "exact" duplicate of an so-called verification for two separate complaints (i have researched but cannot find anything specific to the above, any suggestions?)
3. Notary: As to the above assignment, was alleged notarized three days (Nov 8th) afore alleged execution (Nov 11th) date. This of course you cannot do either, but hey, its their chessboard & apparently their pieces are made to move however they choose) i just want to put more teeth into this one.
4. Notary: a written acknowledgement from said notary that they had previously "cut & paste" alleged borrowers signature. ( i am using this & other things towards getting to the original notes.. any suggestions?)
5. Notary: if a paper is notarized in Virginia (very lax notary laws apparently no seal, no stamp, etc..) & is used to assign to a Texas Corp. for filing in Pennsylvania recorder of deeds, is this really acceptable if it doesnt meet at least Pennyslvania notary requirements?
Any thoughts, directions, suggestions etc, wouldst be most appreciated..
thank you for your time & consideration
