Exclamation The IRS Debt Collection Agency

The Internal Revenue Service collects/confiscates hundreds of millions of tax return FRNs annually for third party agencies, Department of Education and Family Court just to name a couple. My question is; where is the due process? No courts, no notice, no disputes, just a note that they’ve taken your tax refund and given it over to some other agency as payment for some alleged “debt”.

Isn’t there some type of recourse, some type of class action people can take against the IRS for their theft of funds?

Just wondering….

Thanks charlene but I'm not protesting taxes, I'm asking about the IRS functioning as a unilateral Debt Collector.

I think it is an intergovernmental relationship in which one agency alleging that debt is owed has sort of a blanket lien or claim on any government "money" one has coming to him, such as tax refunds, government pensions, etc...

If you have defaulted on a student loan the Dept. of Ed. will put a tracer on any government money you have coming such as tax return, or a Teachers Retirement Sytyem payout, and they notify that agency that they have a prior claim to that money, so they send it to the Dept. of Ed rather than to you.

The IRS is not "collecting" a debt, but is just honoring a "claim" the Dept. of Ed. informs the IRS that they have first claim to.

The IRS is the collection agency for the Federal Reserve corporation, (and ulimately the IMF, and Bank for International Settlements)

It would seem that if the Dept. of Ed. is receiving your tax refund, you would deal with them first, (does the Dept of Ed. have a lien or levy on your tax refund?) and if you were to ask the IRS about it, it would probably be a question of why they are compelled by the Dept. of Ed. to turn over the refund.

The porpose of the IRS is not to collect FRNs for redistribution to
third-party agencies.

the DOE, Family court and all the rest do NOT get any part of the
FRNs that the IRS collects.

all FRNs are funneled diretly to foreign international Banks, the IMF
and foregn banksters.

Also, Congress doesnt get those FRNs either!

Marvin Bryer had to pay the blood suckers and when he recieved his cancelled check from his bank it seems the IRS had deposited the check in the "BANK OF CHINA. LOS ANGLES BRANCH" so much for any discussion regarding who is at the controls of this country.

Only that the check amount was for something like $4000+ bucks. Marvin likes to pay with checks so he can track where it goes and who is involved so he can gather ammo for his legal Attacks. The man is eccentric but he does know how to follow the money trail. It always seems to find big fat rats at the other end!
