Served an invitation to hearing for confirmation of arbitration award

I rec'd a" Notice of Hearing " today , served by the civil div. of the local sheriff. In re: an arbitration award against me by MBNA. They never went for validation of their award for months, now it hits. .... This is a "Notice" not a summons so should it be AFV & returned to server ? to court clerk ? Plaintiff ? or who? Or should I do a rejection for cause, ? Yes, Jerseee I can hear those words.NEVER ARGUE , So, I agree but what format do I use to respond and even though the hearing is 30 days from now I believe the 3 day rule applys for dealing with this Notice , Right ?
