I further certify and affirm that at the time the account was acquired from Providian Financial Corp, they advised that the balance owing was $6559.13. Since that time, additional interest has accrued in the sum of $441.26 for a total balance of $ 7000.39.

I am familiar with the information LVNV Funding LLC has regarding the account, and, and to the best of my knowledge and beleif the balance owing is accurate as of the date set forth below, that all offsets, payments and credits have been allowed.

Absolutely I got one of those from Allison Moon. Only then she had power of attorney in fact. I wrote to the General counsel for Sherman financial. They never bothered me again. Infact they sold it back to the DC attorney's that sold it to them.

Who is she the authorized representative of? I am familiar with information too, but, sorry to say I don't have any FIRST HAND KNOWLEDGE.

See if the LVNV fundiing is tied to sherman. Also go to the S. Carolina SOS business and industry page and see if LVNV funding is registered to do business in that state. I have found some of these people use companies that are no longer registered.

Kind of odd that they would use a name like that for several different financial groups.
