FYI - that wasn't something in "open court." It's a deposition of someone prior to trial. Without reviewing the details of the case, you can't determine whether or not any of it was rebutted, let alone even admitted, used or ruled on.

Having said that, aside from the legally dubious theories he's lived off of selling over the years, Gliha's problems stem from the fact that so many of his "promoters" were as willing to scam him as they were willing to scam others into scamming the CC companies.

I shouldn't have to explain this to you, but since you simply can't figure it out, note that the form of the question leads the listener to assume facts that may or may not be true, i.e., "....are you still...." implies that whatever comes after that is a given, whether it is or not.

Because, as I've explained before, so much of your attempt at interrogation is based upon pre-conceived nonsense, no answer will serve to satisfy you, thus the only purpose is your own aggrandizement, which you continue to practice by coming to every thread I post in.

These questions, once answered will make a clear understanding of his personal opinion and/or facts of his consistant negative posts on this forum that not only attacks the actual facts of a historical document, "court case", statute, code, etc. but he also makes personal attacks on just about every individual who is doing their research here. I consider this forum a research resource in which it is offensive to be called these idiotic phrases by this thug. The last time I went to the Library... the librarian did not call me an uneducated, gun toteing jethro because I wanted to read a law book... I would expect the same treatment here.

If he refuses to answer the questions I do not see or understand his use in this resourceful forum and should be restricted to only post in a specified area that is intended for debate based on baseless opinion only.
