I do not know Lousiana law, but there should be a provision for subpoenaing the note.

Subpoena the original note upon which their claim is based.

Under no circumstances should you go to a hearing without your own (one that you hired) court reporter.

What I have written will save your butt, sometime.

It may be a long road.

I am still traveling it, but I am not in the ditch, as hard as they have tried.
