Unhappy Trying to fight back

I been lurking around this site for a day and there's so much information it's easy to not know where to start. So I'll start with three questions.

Has anyone went after banks and or credit card companies for deceit?

If so was it recent, for instance you started actions last year against a debt from 2004?

Is it too late to start actions to dispute a bank debt (foreclosed home) that's two, three or more past years old?

Also has anyone fought back with a commercial lien against banks and credit cards?

Justin Garriott formerly of Erwin Rommel School of Law has done some interesting work in this area. Not calling it deciet but calling it what it really is; Fraud. And using that premise he has given many a debt collector/attorney some major headache's! He is a paralegal by trade and also seems to be a real scrapper so he is able to answer their claims with answers they don't want to hear. His dvd and workbook are expensive(they are offered at this site, check the side bars) but have some very good tactics and ground work from which you could gain some ideas on how to proceed in filing suit. Also the law library has to be mentioned as a place to become familar with.
