I have not contacted my oh so helpful credit agency because I am not sure who to believe anymore but from where I satnd it looks to me like they are proceeding with arbitration. What should I do???

There had been some talk on this site about a class action lawsuit against W&A and MBNA. I am beginning to think that was a hoax.
This is one I suggest you contact Bud Hiibbs at
www.budhibbs.com about. Let him know what is happening. W&A is one of the DC that he lists on his site as the worst of the worst. He can point you to someone that can help.
May I ask what state you live in? Do you "own" property? Depending on the state you live in there there are protections from garnishments and liens if judgments are rendered in these types of "debts." This is something most atton-eys will not tell you about.
