VOD Letter

I have been searching and I must be real dumb or blind.

I have Cornforth Version 4 of "Beating Up On The Debt Collector" And I am use the dispute letter to the CA. I just got a Letter from Harvard and Capital Management concerning 2 seperat Chase accounts.

After looking at the template what I am not sure about is I see no place in the letter stating who the orginal debt was with. It only is a place for the CA file number. I think this maybe the way is is suppose to be as from all I have read is that the VOD are saying that they bought the debt and donot have any legal right to collect and that is what the letter is trying to say.

The VOD on the board download section has a place for it but I don't totally understand it either. And it keeps coming in as being on line and could't just save it as a document.

Which is best and if the one here I could use it in Word format? When I click to download it it opens it as a another IE and I try copy and past and again it is online.

I got the on line part fixed. How I don't know. I reboot and loaded it in and the word didn't have browser bar anymore..
