Statute of Limitations on Confirmation of Arbitration Award

Hi y'all,

I have been hiding in the shadows for awhile, but finally decided to post a question. Does anyone know if there is a statute of limitations on getting an arbitration award confirmed in Texas? Wolpoff & Abramson are trying to get an 18 month old award confirmed against me on behalf of MBNA. I know the federal arbitration act has a 1 year sol, but some district courts have been disregarding that fact.
