The Law is the Common Law and Maxims of equity which is based on Bible. If you want to depart from that, then you will reap the results as a natural consequence, just like the law of gravity (what goes up, must come down)

If you want to accept an unconsciable contract like a BC for value, then you are departing from any equitable or natural law maxim. By being a "secured party" or "authorized rep" on behalf of "the debtor" with a "UCC-1"; you are providing absolutely ZERO grounds that you are operating in Original Jurisdiciton.
It is much easier to prove that you are operating in Original Jurisdiciton if you can establish administratively and publicly that you have cancelled the adhesion contracts based on laws already written of old which they are subject to.
