Non-transferable

Does anyone have authorities for credit cards being non-transferable? I always hear that, but have not seen any authority for it.

Thanks.

The authority is contained in the CC agreement.

IF it is not transferable, the document will specify so.

In any case, the original applicant is the one responsible for paying the bills.
