Did Cross Country Bank file Chapter 7?

I ask because I was looking at one of my hubby's Credit Report again today and something caught my eye for the first time under one of his accounts. Says under Status: Petition for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy/Account charged off. then it gives the account history and then says Filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy 5/07/2004

So did Cross Country file and this is why theywrote it on there.. I know, a stupid question, as i am pretty sure they didn't but I want to make sure I don't jump to conclusions. A quick search on the Google didn't turn anything up.

Off to dig through the FDCPA once again to see what my next step should be. I am currently in the process of the VOD with 3 of the CRA's... this one is from EXPERIAN. I'm just gonna wait for EXPERIAN to complete their VOD process before I go after them... so hopefully I won't have to.

oh yes - he hasn't filed any bankruptcy since 96
