Smile Scan Of Bank Statement Debt

This is a scan of the Bank Statement my friend received recently. The debt was "purchased", and the balance with that bank is now zero. He received a notice from the debt purchaser, of their purchase, and we replied to that with the proof of claim/negative averment, and haven't heard another thing, so now I'm off to the Notary with the Protest.

Haven't heard from you in months, Monk.

And has anyone heard from Monk?

long way around

http://www.suijuris.net/forum/succes...ir-coupon.html

Authorize redemption of the coupon. [I think the Notary Protest may be superfluous. However if you understand that method of billing for double-enrichment, have at it.]

Debt is guilt in many languages...

Consider your redemption in allowing the debt collectors to redeem themselves. A good source is Repentance, a chapter in Adin Steinsalz's book The Thirteen Petalled Rose. That portrays repentance as a time machine where you may take back the effects of wrongdoing.

The main problem I see with the process described is that one allows the original debt collector to fraudulently sell off the debt to another. Complicity.

Regards,

David Merrill.

Yea, you are absolutely hit nail down the hole, David. That's the major problem; you have to stop them before they even think of selling it.
