Dictator

I know I don't have to mention this, but this government or corporation we have now is raking havoc on our country and getting away with it. Are we stupid, scared, ignorant or what? This illegal crap in New Hampshire, this joke about border security and leaving the Texas/New Mexico unfenced. Make's a hell of a lot of sense. We guard air travel like ir's the only way a terrorist could enter this country but the borders are wide open. All a dog and pony show and we the honest Americans are gonna have to do something before, or maybe it's now too late. I've had enough of this. Make's me want to pack up and get the hell out of here while I'm still able. I know in reality, what's that gonna solve as the BS will follow eventually. I don't even watch the news on TV because the bigger the lie the more people associate with it. Just my opinion

If nothing else just being a refusnik would really help. Government rules by the consent of the governed, if you don't consent they can't govern.

I concur. Nevertheless, we must each do our part to resist doing wrong.

This example is right on target.

BOBT12: It doesn't matter if you're right or wrong, it's already a proven fact that the U.S. Corporation will find an excuse, any excuse. In fact, they don't even need an excuse. Look at the Brown's in New Hamshire.

While I can understand the despair that many may feel at the sad state of affairs that greet us today, mainly, whatever I, or you, (the people) do, still matters. No matter the odds that we may perceive, conscience dictates that we must decide WHO WE ARE!

To those who don't feel the desire to act upon conscience, then the government has made, or will make, every decision for this sort. For this sort, also, there's no need to take any other action, or thought, just sit back and enjoy the murderous ride.

This is mostly true. However, while we no longer have a Constitutional Republic, or Constitutional Democracy for that matter, we still seem to have an Opinion Poll Democracy. If the people won't go fight in Iraq, will Bush suit up and go it alone? If he does, how much harm would he cause?

Indeed look at what has happened due to the position they have taken (I am not expressing an opinion at this time). Look at how much attention they have garnered, both positive, and otherwise. Have our opinions attracted such attention?
