Where does it say in the Constitution, that the United States is a Corporation and that we the citizens are under the Laws of Admiralty?

All procedures in court are basically commercial. The courts and governments throughout the land are all corporations. All crimes are commercial crimes, even murder.

The United Nations along with the UNITED STATES is each a corporation. I have a series of EIN numbers for many of these entities, which means that they are corporations.

I thought the United States is a sovereign nation where we vote for our representatives and there are checks and balances to maintain parity. What happened?

There don't appear to be any remedies for this predicament short of revolution. Am I correct?

You'll be looking a long time if you're only looking at the Constitution. You need to look at the Supreme Court Decisions that discuss or address the subject of the United States being a corporation and in what capacity.

This 1896 Supreme Court Case is a suitable place to start:

(I believe there are also some US Code sections that define the United States as a corporation, but I don't have that reference so you'll have to look yourself to verify.)
