W/O Prejudice

I am not sure of which topic this belongs to...

When I am writing a letter to a government agency (FOIA request for example), do I have to sign my name under "without prejudice"? Or does this apply only to contracts which one receives from another party, signs it and then returns it?

Thanks!

SUS

No. You can use it as your day to day autograph. Remember, some of the BB might not accept it as your attaché to your autograph.

"charlesa6" is right and if they question it, you may tell them that it is part of your signature. That is how you sign your name.
If it is a traffic ticket, make sure "Without Predjudice" is also in the signature box.

given the nonsense regarding electronic signatures and small "boxes" to sign a name within

sign "All Rights Reserved" *FIRST*
