SS Cards Are Lost Propert

My social security card clearly states that it remains property of the SS administration. Then it says if you find the card and it is not your to return it to the social security administration.

Hmmmm. If they own all the cards how will I ever find one that is mine?

LOL, good question.

Remindes me of Tippy Turtle who went to the post office with a helium balloon in a box, when they couldn't get a weight for postage, he started banging on the counter, demanding they pay him for the package! (Not you codee, just the way ss adm. is wording it)

No!! you will never find one. That is the way they set it up. It's there benefits; they just lend it to you.

What does that have to do with it.

It states on the card it is property of hte SSA. Signing it changes that not.

My Civil Service I.D. says the same thing, so what does having signed it have to with it. Who's name is on it? Does it say Social Security with a 9 digit number or does it have a name similar to your below the numbers. Your property of the Social Security if you signed at acknowledged that was the name on the card you were signing for. You told me before that what difference does it make if your name is in all CAPS. Go down to the Department of Public Safety, Social Security Office or any agency and tell the clerk that you want your name in the proper form of the English language and see what they tell you.Try going into court representing yourself in pro per persona and see what happens. You can represent yourself pro se because all you are doing is speaking on behalf of your legal fiction.

No clarkee

This thread is about "does the SSC belong to me?"

It is not about "do I belong to the SSA?"

The card is inmaterial. You have a number assigned to your straw man and you accepted it. I could lose my SS card and so what. It is presumed that you signed the card. What's the point? It's a piece of commercial paper.

Commercial Paper granted by your resource would compete with Commercial Paper granted by the resource trusted to that SOCIAL SECURITY ADMINISTRATION not to be confused with the lawfully assigned Social Security Administration. Print your own, on hemp of your field, with ink of your well, and give notice to whomever misplaces the trust to another Office that you have nothing to do with. That of'course would need a patent on the code, to compete.

Clrakee:

The point is the card is not mine...

Nothing else is the point. I am sorry you thought this was about something else.
