Thanks weishaupt, yeah I do plan to get that book very soon. I realize there is no easy answer, I was just venting frustration. I just wonder what happens when/if you hold some of these people's feet to the fire, using USC definitions and SCOTUS decisions...

I want to start writing lots of people formal letters asking for official legal definitions. I'm about to email the National Passport Information Center because they have an email address and invite questions. I'm going to ask them to define, with cites, exactly what they mean when they say "US national" and "non-citizen national" on the passport form. Then I'm going to compare it to the info I have been accumulating. If they give me some BS I'm going to write right back and throw cites at them and make them look at the inconsistency.

Whatever happened to TRUTH?
