Without Prejudice.
He stirs the pot, points at some issues. But the article appears to be more opinion than substance. Almost like its intentionally misleading.

You raised some interesting points. If someone gets a ticket for driving without wearing a seatbelt, who is the complaining party? Who’s rights were violated by someone not wearing a seatbelt? How is it that someone is obligated to serv jury duty? Exactly when and where was this debt of servitude acquired? Is there a title of ownership that shows someone’s flesh and blood and consciousness is state property?

The strawman is the US citizen or stranger within. The flesh and blood man is a state citizen second, that's you.

See Deuteronomy, chapter 28, "The stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; and thou shalt come down very low. He shall lend to thee, and thou shalt not lend to him: he shall be the head, and thou shalt be the tail. Moreover all these curses shall come upon thee, and shall pursue thee, and overtake thee, till thou be destroyed; because thou hearkenedst not unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to keep his commandments and his statutes which he commanded thee:

What does this mean? Because you have contracted with a false and alien god(Roman Civil Law) you will be destroyed! Uh oh.

The information referred to applies to 28 USC and ONLY to 28 USC, which oddly enough is not about citizenship at all, but about the JUDICIARY AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURE, and the definitions listed therein apply ONLY to that title, and there are considerably more items in the list besides a Federal Corporation, non of which you can be a citizen of either.

Granted there is much opinion. Nevertheless, several of the links lead to very interesting content, such as this one:

Rottweiler,
If I asked a judge the question “am I sate property?” do you think he would he give me the answer you gave?

All the "judge" can "see" is paper, and then he "tries" to "find" someone to be surety for the paper.

"He" will not/cannot really "answer" "you."

Two or three attorneys wager to get "you" to contract to appear on paper as "the defendant."
