Government employees and sovereignty
My cousin is soon going to be undertaking the process of expatriating from the US and becoming a Sovereign, and I was wondering if this would be an issue with his intended career parth. He wants to become a firefighter, but dont city employees have to be US Citizens? Is there a way around this? What should I suggest he do?
Thanks!

from what i was told, your strawman will be a government employee and the flesh and blood man the sovereign, make the distinction between the two.

How does he know that he is a US Citizen to start with?

Good shot KT!
Furthermore, How can anyone expatriate from something that they may or may not be a part of?
Clarification: IMHO, if you expatriate from something--that implies that you were once part of something. Thus, this is your admmission that you were once (and possibly still are) a US Citizen.
Now if you make them prove that you are who they say/think you are, well that is a different matter isn't it?

Good point... but will he be able to work for the city? And this web forum is the first time I've heard the term "strawman", I've managed to get the gist of what you all mean, but what precisely does it mean, how does it factor in, and how do you use it?

Are you sure that he has to be a US Citizen in order to get the job? Why, exactly, is this an issue for him anyway?

I have Blacks Law 7th Ed. stramineus homo lead me to straw man, which makes more sense now. What was I suppesed to get out of the other two? They dont seem to relate to anything I can see. I'm not a big legal guru, I tend to get lost in lots of details.

I'm not entirely sure its necessary, I was hoping someone here would have some more insight into this. Its an issue because if he's a sovereign, wouldnt accepting a job from the city be much the same as accepting some other US government privilege and involve forfeiting your freedom?
Correct me if I'm wrong, I've only been studying this entire subject for a short time, I have much to learn.
