Shoonra et al: It's true that the code says this:

26 U.S.C. Sec. 7701(c) INCLUDES AND INCLUDING.

The terms ‘include’ and ‘including’ when used in a definition contained in this title shall not be deemed to exclude other things otherwise within the meaning of the term defined.”

This is a limiting statement if you ever saw one. "The term defined" is the key- what is in the term defined? We are not talking about "otherwise within the common meaning of the word", but a DEFINED TERM. "Inclusio unius est exclusio alterius"- this is the doctrine by which the inclusion of one or more items is to the exclusion of all others. If it is not specifically included, the law does not apply to it.

The so-called definition of includes and including basically says "they mean what they mean". It is written the way it is to confuse the reader, and for no other reason. it's a way of lying without causing the code to be repugnant to the Constitution.

On the contrary, the statutory definition of "includes" expressly rejects the argument presented earlier in this thread and other places in the internet that try to bring in definitions (selected from others found in dictionaries) that say that "includes" must mean "only" and try to apply it to the Internal Revenue Code's definition of "State" ...
Quote:
Sec. 7701. (10) State. The term ''State'' shall be construed to include the District of Columbia, where such construction is necessary to carry out provisions of this title.
.... trying to make it appear that the only State in the United States was DC, to the exclusion of fifty other jurisdictions.

Jurisdiction? I'm guessing you are referring to the territories created by the Buck Act of 1940.. which have an erie similarity of geographical boundries to those soverign states.

It was in 1944 that the corporate states lost all their power over the corporate United States with the Buck Act. With this Act, the states became, essentially, 14th Amendment Citizens as well. This completed the destruction of the corporate states having any power to protect against usurpation by the U.S. Government. The corporate states went under the jurisdiction of Washington, D.C.

The purpose of the Buck Act was to equalize the liability for income tax between the officers and employees of the United States who reside within federal areas and those officers and employees, otherwise identically situated, who reside outside a federal area and who had become liable for state tax by the passage of the Public Salary Tax Act of 1939.
A further reason was to equalize the position between federal employees who were residents of federal enclaves over which the United States had been granted exclusive jurisdiction and those residing in federal areas over which the granting state had retained concurrent jurisdiction, a practice which had been upheld by the Supreme Court in James v. Dravo Contracting Co., supra, in 1937.

We unknowingly were entering into lifelong servitude to receive the benefits of the Lord of the Manor. We had descended into feudal vassalage without recognizing it.

Strangely enough, on October 28, 1977, HJR-192 was quietly repealed by public law 95-147. The joint resolution entitled "Joint resolution to assure uniform value to the coins and currencies of the United States" approved June 5, 1933 (31 U.S.C. 463), shall not apply to obligations issued on or after the date of enactment of this section.

The reason for the repeal of HJR-192 is somewhat obscure. After 44 years of unchallenged implementation, this public policy is clearly established by custom, usage and participation in the credit system by the American public. Those of us operating on the privilege of limited liability, via the public credit, are still bound.

Stop using THEIR money. There ARE ways if you open your mind and look for the gaps in their fences that keep the sheeple in their pasture. Are you chattel or a real person? You are the one who makes that choice.

The great enemy of the Truth is very often not the lie - deliberate, contrived, and dishonest - but the myth - persistent, persuasive and realistic.

You will probably find it hard to accept that you have been living in an illusion for your whole life. Much of what you believe is an illusion and you will only find your freedom when you can allow yourself to look behind the veils of illusion to see Reality. WHO you are is far greater than "what" you perceive yourself to be. When you have the courage to stand face-to-face with the illusion and call it what it is, you will have stepped through the most difficult task set before you on your Earth Journey.
