One of the People. The servants are SWORN to uphold the constituion and your God given rights, hold them to their oath, there are remedies if they violate their oath. The Government will not back them if they vilotate it, they are bonded or insured AS an individual (check with your Secretary of State in your state to get the rules). IF you claim all your rights and give them notice (nicely, in a business like mannor) that you will claim their bond or file a claim against the insurance policy for any violation you will get their attention.
They might still violate your rights, but now, you have remedy, file a claim, learn how to express your rights, know what they mean. Due process, what EXACTLY is due process, what are the steps you gotta learn it.
There is remedy, they hide it, they fear it, it rules them.
