Changing one's name
raptor, get a p.o. box for your statutory name and stop using your name. do you work under your ssn? thats one way they can find you. im looking into rescinding my ssn by contract for religious reasons and working that way. got to use THEIR law whenever you can. its all a game of them catching u know and they DONT care about breaking their own rules to do so.

I currently work under my SSN, but I am currently trying to change that for as you mentioned... religious reasons.
What if I notified them that my statutory name was "deceased"? Would that effectively delete the records?

Changing one's name
About refusing to give up your property (fingerprints).
Reserves all rights but do not fight to hard on giving up your fingerprints because they do think they have the right to Kill you to get them.

notify them that your statutory name is deceased? ha ha ha. well, for obvious reasons, they will say you comitted fraud of some sort, but, lets try to work with it anyway. the first problem is your strawman name belongs to them. now, u could probably do a affidavit stating the strawman name is dead (legal fiction) and having that affidavit filed somewhere to protect yourself from a fraud charge. slide it into a ucc 1 filing on the back page somewhere so the clerk will not be nosy, for some reason, they love to read your stuff cuz they so nosy. anyway, state that the strawman is a dead fiction, then here is the danger, now, would u report the strawman dead to the authorities? maybe the affidavit will protect you. (by the way, file a common law name change into the ucc1 also if you really wanna go all out but its not necessary to inform them of a common law name change). anyway, report the fiction dead and roll with it and stay away from any playa hating family members and friends. ha ha ha. good luck

Changing one's name
kinda figured faking my death wouldnt be the greatest of ideas... but I like to attack problems from unique angles.
If you sand off the top layer of skin on your fingers, when your skin grows back will it form the exact same fingerprint design? Is there any way of altering your fingerprints as to make them unidentifyable with the origionals?
As I said earlier, I like unique solutions to problems, lol.

raptor u r crazy, but, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. the cops lie all the time to help the prosecutor. i know how they are trained. they are taught to write incident reports to get convictions, not to tell the truth and know the da and judge will get mad at them if they dont lie to get the conviction. it really is US AGAINST THEM.

In Chi-town they have referred to it as "Gang Warfare". They view the cops as just another street gang.

Name Change
The name change is not the problem. Many people have the same name it's the SSN that really ID's people.
I was thinking of trying this at a new job. I would use a birth certificate and drivers license with no ssn on the face of it. Some states don't print ssn on them, in case lost or stolen. Use these for the I-9, no ssn required for I-9 if you have a birth certificate. Then don,t fill out the W-4. If company tries to withhold they can be sued for taking property without court order. They can't fire you becuase that would violate Title VII for retaliation against a worker/employee in work place. PS. Get a new address for the DL also.
