Georgia Judiciary- a role model in International Treaty recognition

In the case cited, be sure to read all of the documents available as supplied by the Judiciary. It shows an outstanding example of how International Treaties should be treated by the Judiciary.

It also shows how, this early nation (United States) forced a sovereign nation of people to become "Christian". NOW, WHY? Why would the United States force another nation of people to become "civilized Christians", when the very act of doing such a thing, violates the 'separation of church and state doctrine'?

I used the word 'forced' above, in this sense; the requirement to become 'civilized Christians' was an enticement ((seduction) seduction is not a Christian virtue) that if accepted, would allow the Sovereign nation of Cherokees to receive the benefit of receiving privileges from the US government.
