Why you are presumed to be commiting a crime if presumed to be a "U.S. Citizen" voter (motor or otherwise)

Driver's License
Hi,
I am new at this, but I am trying to absorb as much as I can.
Are you saying that having a driver's license automatically makes you a 14th amendment citizen? If so how?
BTW, I have never registered to vote.

In my view I don't think it has anything to do with it. If so, then this is the first forum I've heard it said. If Iwas automatically presumed to be a US citizen by the Fourteenth Amendment then I should automatically be registered for the draft when I was 18. I need strong evidence for someone to say that since I had a drivers kicense that I was considered a registered voter. If thats so, then why do you need to register to vote.

If I remember the application form for the DL the first question that is asked is "are you a U.S. citizen" then you sign it.

My DL is about to expire and I was debating whether to renew or not.
I wonder what would happen if I indicated I was not a U.S. citizen in the application.
Also, would signing the DL with "All rights reserve" or "Without Prejudice" reserve my rights?
I was also thinking of putting "California Republic" as part of my address.
What do you guys think?

W/o/p is better than the A.R.R.
If you are not seriously studied on the Cali DMV stuff, I would sign the license w/o/p
