Is there any value in filing a UCC-1 Financing Statement with Sec. of State?

I have someone who is willing to help me in completing this process while getting a Treasury account using a cancelled checking account that previously belonged to you.

Are you aware of anyone discharging their debts or protecting their assets against liens using the UCC/Redemption process?

I don't have anything to do with "TDA" OR "DTA" processes.& I just send "BoE" or "CPN" and discharge debts.& I don't see any reason why one must go through any of the UCC stuff in order to use these tools.& The Law is the Law and applies to all - can anyone point to any entity that is immune from "public policy"??& NO?& Well, then if no one is immune from public policy then it must be available for anyone's use... right?

hmmmm... HJR 192 sez what??....

Hey, Ice...

(Yeah, I'm prob'ly gonna worry you to death....)

I agree with you on the UCC-stuff. I keep looking into it so I can at least understand it.& But it sure seems to me that if one sticks to the basics of all this--no matter what kind of "debt," etc--you're on really solid ground.

None of the agents we're going to encounter care one bit about UCCs, etc, and they damned sure don't want somebody like me to try to "educate" them.& In their world, they're simply "doing their job."& Well, even nimrods like them can understand "proof" and "verify."

That's it.
