FS-581 Questionnaire, Information for determing US citizenship
I found a neat little question in this Dept. of State form.& If this doesn't prompt the thought that THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING... then I don't know what else could be as convincing as this.& Located on Page 3 of this form is Question #2, which reads:<FONT face=Arial size=2>
<P align=left>2. When did you first become aware that you might be a United States citizen (give approximate date)?
<P align=left><FONT face="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Note: What are they suggesting by saying: "that you might be"?& Notice also&how they ask: "When did you first become <U>aware</U> that you <U>might</U> be"... I found this to be very revealing.</FONT>

<FONT face="courier new, courier, mono">Yeah, my answer for that questions was "unable to determine"... because to my knowledge I have never been a U.S. citizen. Be careful that you do not give an answer that could be misconstrued as admitting to being a U.S. citizen at one time...</FONT>

Re:FS-581 Questionnaire, Information for determing US citizenship
Fast thinking.& But, it asks when you first became aware that you "might" be...
That is the catch.& What they are actually saying is: so, when did you first start to think that we were yankin' your chain?... when did you first start to figure out the fraud we were pullin' on you?
In my opinion, it will not hurt to answer this question as long as you point out that you have always been an American National.& Take a look at question #3 of the same form... even more proof that they know exactly what they are doing.

<FONT face="courier new, courier, mono">I am also assuming you checked all the boxes in 7. as 'NO', with the exception of 7.b, which would be checked 'YES'.
Also, PART II should be filled out and notorized....
I retained notorized copies of all items sent for my records.</FONT>

Re:FS-581 Questionnaire, Information for determing US citizenship
uh... actually, I haven't filled it out yet... I just looked it over as I scanned through the docs in an attempt to organize the process.& I think I'm making some real progress and may be ready to mail something by the end of this week.& The first doc will be to the Dept. of State.& After a wait, the SSA will be next.

Re:FS-581 Questionnaire, Information for determing US citizenship
Let's look at the questions and possible answers for the FS 581.
Above, sui juris states that 7b should be answered Yes... what about 7a?& Were you not naturalized as a citizen of a foreign state AT BIRTH?... or is this question in reference to some sort of "official process" to be naturalized as a citizen?
In part III the questions ask for a little more detail.& The 3 parts to question 1 are simple: "Yes", "united States <U>of America</U>" and "Birth".
Answer to #2: "When I discovered that "United States" carries three (3) separate definitions including: "the federal territories and possessions and the District of Columbia, and that the definition of "United States" is not provided on any government forms."
Answer to #3: "I have always known that I am a citizen of the united States <U>of America</U> which is defined as the 50 state of the union."
Answer to #4: "I was born in a state foreign to the federal territories and possessions and the District of Columbia (United States) as I was born in the Republic of (name of state), one of the 50 states of the union (united <U>States of America</U>).& I have reaffirmed my oath of allegiance via affidavit (attached)."
Answer to #5: "I voluntarily reaffirmed my oath of allegiance by affidavit.& I was born "without" the United States (the federal territories and possessions and the District of Columbia) in one of the 50 states of the union (the united States <U>of America</U>)."
Answer to #6: "My intention is to retain my status as an "American National", a citizen born in one of the 50 states of the union (united States <U>of America</U>) and refute and rebut any presumption or assumption that I am a citizen of the United States (the federal territories and possessions and the District of Columbia) which is a lesser sort of citizen, completely subject to the jurisdiction of Congress and without any Constitutional Rights."
Answer to #7:&"I was born in one of the 50 states of the union (united States <U>of America</U>). I have always had ties with the united States of America (NOT the "United States" defined as "the federal territories and possessions and the District of Columbia").& I refute any presumption and assumption that I have ever been any sort of citizen other than an American National, a citizen of one of the 50 states of the union."
Answer to #8: "I have no property "within" the federal territories and possessions and the District of Columbia (United States), nor do I reside "within" the federal territories and possessions and the District of Columbia (United States).&The only ties I have with the United States are the unwanted intrusions of agencies and departments of the United States into my private life and personal affairs which are Constitutionally protected from such intrusion."
Your comments and suggestions will be appreciated.

Re:FS-581 Questionnaire, Information for determing US citizenship
Ice,
good post but, try not to argue in your answers.& Just state who you are and let that be that.& Then handle any negative response accordingly.& Just my thoughts on this.....

Re:FS-581 Questionnaire, Information for determing US citizenship
Jerseee,
There is no argument.& They ask questions - I give answers.& Now, if they can't handle the truth... that's their problem.& I am not making an argument -- I am stating facts which cannot be refuted.& The reasons that certain facts are stated is to bolster my premise that they have assumed and presumed the status of my citizenship to be that of "United States" citizen.& Therefore, this attempt to correct their error.

Wow. Suddenly what we "think" matters?
Thanks, y'all. That rabbit hole just got even deeper.
