Re:Cancellatura, Sovereighty recognition, Common Law Courts, etc
Todd, if a person has current judgments against him from the State of Federal government, what happens to& these once you become sovereign? Are you still obligated to those judgments?

Paul - The process takes about 45 days on the paperwork side, then you need to proceed through a common-law court, then another couple weeks to get the Apostille from the Sec of State's office. I heard that the SCOPE program only takes a few days to get done. Then the WSA passport, Sovereign plates, etc.

Thank you, Todd!
I ask about the school loans because I believe these&are state and federal loans and grants that I accepted in order to attend a state college, which I still supposedly owe (or the strawman does).
Thank you much, Todd!

What is stopping you from voiding them now?

In the paperwork, it says that it will take 6 months to a year. Is that correct? Also ho far are you with your process, and do you know of anyone who has been thru this process already?
Thanks

Re:Cancellatura, Sovereighty recognition, Common Law Courts, etc
The only way you will be sponsored into a common-law court to complete your "expatriation" process is by studying under another Soveriegn. You have to display the competence of being able to READ and UNDERSTAND the instructions ON YOUR OWN and customize your own documents.
(a standard that doesn't seem to be kept by the so-called 'common-law courts' these days, unfortunately)

Hi Paul,
I think that might vary with the man/woman doing the learning. The paperwork itself takes less time than that. The education and learning process is what takes more time.
Personally, I am beginning the paperwork. Not sure when I'll get the money to mail it all, though.
I have talked to people who are currently doing the same. Also, I have talked to one individual who has gone through the process and he told me that the Apostille is the only way to go if you want to have "sovereign status." I didn't get to talk to him much more about the Apostille, as he encouraged me to continue studying. That was a few months ago that I talked to him.
Peace,
goldphoenix
