Cancellatura, Sovereignty recognition, Common Law Courts, etc

I no longer believe the so-called common-law courts have anything to offer anyone...and is not where you are going to find your remedy. -Todd

There are some courts mentioned in the "Anti-GovHandbook" available in the download section... there is a lot of info in that book in regards to the courts and how the got started... I haven't finished reading it yet myself... it's good to know what your potential opponents are up to.

Are these "common-law courts" anything more than grand juries?

Re:Cancellatura, Sovereighty recognition, Common Law Courts, etc

Where in Texas? Ken Evens and Rice McCleod both have weekly meetings in Dallas/Ft Worth area. by far the biggest and best organized of all the common law courts. They are also the most aggressive in pounding on the local STATE for alternatives and rememdies for non-STATE citizens who dwell on the land (hail from the Republic of Texas).

They are after all their sales tax, creating their own exemption forms, after the comptroller for alternative currancy (on the basis the FRNs are unConstittutional and fradulent), well-oiled machine for interfacing with the STATE 'authorities' when one of their people gets entangled with their 'system', amongst other things.

Nevada common-law court seems much more focused on this Cancellatura and getting out of all the adhesion contracts with the STATE and FEDERAL corporations - so you can get recognition as a foreign, non-resident, non-citizen, diplomat.
