IRS raid leaves empty handed

The IRS raided the national headquarters of the U.S. Constitution Rangers yesterday. Over thirty armed assailants raided the office and ended up leaving empty handed. Ed Brown, National Commander, walked through the armed assailants and difused the incident. I will provide further information when I receive it.

The IRS raid on the National Headquarters of the U.S. Constitution Rangers was initiated because Ed Brown used Postal Money Orders to pay his mortgage payments and the "powers that be" claim that established a pattern. When his mortgage was paid off the "pattern" stopped. The IRS felt it needed over thirty armed assailants to come to the office and investigate this matter. The "raid" was done under subtitle (a) of the code they claimed gave them authority. Ironically that particular subtitle says raids of this sort shall not an armed assault. ***Note--subtitle (e) of the same code allows an armed assault. Ed Brown says that the New Hampshire State Police, who assisted in the assault, had snipers on rooftops with their rifles trained on him.

Ed is very disapointed in the fact that the State Police would assist in such a clear violation of the law. The blatant disregard for the law is very upsetting.

It is time, no, it is past time for us to start standing up for each other and let these thugs and terrorists know that they are bound by the law and will be held accountable for their unlawful acts.

We can not go back into the past and stop it there so, if we do not want it to get worse we had better stop it know.

The Rangers is a path to the solution. Help us grow and do the job we were established to do.

So what do they intend to do about it? Are they going to persue an avenue of recourse?

There is this "policy" privately known among law enforcement as the "Use of Force Continuum". Each "State" has one and it outlines the proper procedures in dealing with its subjects during these times of national emergency. Again, you may go to jusbelli.com and review findings of Ralph Winterrowd. The Use of Force Continuum is on there, with some explanation of what to do. Local and State Police assist the Feds under this doctrine, but I believe they call it "response resistance". And this would certainly explain their involvement. After all, there ain't a real cop (civil peace officer) among them ... they are ALL FOREIGN AGENTS. It matters not what AGENCY they are empoyed by.

And just so readers are not unintentionally misled, I believe there is a date set for a grand jury in regards to this matter, and this would explain why the gangsters were not too dissappointed leaving empty handed.

why would they raid him because of postal money orders? was he "issuing his own currency"?

To the best of my knowledge, there is, in fact, a pending federal grand jury hearing schedueled against Ed Brown, privately, or, at least, as privately as could be expected under these "secular" circumstances. I do not believe it is a "Constitutional Rangers" situation, even providing such a constitution was still in effect. And, I believe the issue is "tax evasion", and doesn't have a damn thing to do with discharging debt with "postal money orders". Inquiring minds, as I suspect, want to know. We have enough manipulators to contend with, it is of the utmost importance that we have the ... Oh, what's that word !!!

I would be willing to compare notes... if you have the time?

Meanwhile, here is a place that is officially set up to prosecute (criminally) these foreign agents for violation of their own by-laws in registration (http://www.usdoj.gov/criminal/foia/crmfoia.html).

I have the civil part figured out, and I am currently putting together a simple easy to follow format for beginning to end, for the quickest results possible for the practical application of stating a claim inwhich relief can be granted.

Would like to know more about tax-evasion comment from "truth". I do know that Ed like many others has at least, to date, has successfully disputed certain aspects of the "Federal Income Tax".
