American Nationals and SSA

Can American Nationals collect social security disability benefits without relinguishing their American National Status?

I have collected in the past (no longer collect), and am now attempting to remove myself from this administration entirely. I am curious how it has affected my citizenship, if at all. Does anyone know?

Thank you!

According to the familyguardian website it is&possible for an American National to avail themselves of the SS program without relinquishing or changing their citizenship status.

Thank you!

Another question. Hopefully a simple one. Is citizenship determined by birth or by residence? For example, if I were to fill out a Citizen's Notice of Employment Eligibility, would I state my birth state as my citizenship state or the state where I am currently living?

Thanks again!

Regardless of what state you live in... you're still an American.& You only "inhabitat" that particular state.& Your citizenship all depends on what you claim it is... You can change it any time you like.

kgod,

NO.& Americans are not required to have SS#'s.

Thank you, Ice. Off the wall question. Are sovereigns also citizens? I was under the impression that citizen means "subject." Perhaps I am wrong.

Again, let me repeat myself:

"Regardless of what state you live in... you're still an American.& You only "inhabitat" that particular state.& Your citizenship all depends on what you claim it is... You can change it any time you like."

Re:American Nationals and SSA

According to the SSA (from today's conversation), they do if they want to work for a corporation.

So I could say I'm a citizen of the Kingdom of YHWH?

Re:American Nationals and SSA

Whatever you declare, so shall it be.

And I would have to disagree with SSA if they claim that any American must have an SS# in order to work for a corporation... I've read the law in regards to this and it states that SS is totally voluntary... and an employer cannot violate the EEOC...

As kgod sez, YOU CAN'T HAVE IT BOTH WAYS!!
