Post Certificate of non-citizenship status

Hey Jersee ~ I was rereading citizenship posts from back in march, and saw this line from one of your posts. Just wondering if anything has come of this effort, and if so, if you have it available somewhere for others to research.

"Currently I am developing a certificate of Non-citizenship national status, using some of these holdings that Sui Juris has painstakenly posted." ~Jersee

Do tell, do tell.
Thanks!

I believe I posted that somewhere in this forum. Its short sweet and to the point. However, with any document and with any filing, you have to be able to defend it or it is worthless.

Send me a private message and i will send you what I have developed. Its short, sweet, non-argumentative, to the point and precise.

All,

I have fielded a few requests for this document and I have satisfied those requests.

But I must maintain that all documents and any documents that one does is useless unless you can protect it from attack.

Also, one should be aware enough that when someone accuses you--you need to know where the burden of proof lies. It lies with the accusor.

My document basically states who I am and has supporting case law. I also can defend that document if need be. But it would never need defending if one would just make their accusors prove their claims and not get tricked into forgoing the purpose of the 5th amendment.

You are not your accusor's witness against yourself.

I say all of this because I do not want to give the impression that this document that I have developed is a shield from the predators. In fact, it is more of a statement. A statement that is very hard to rebut or even question.

I may contact Weis about uploading it for all to view and use if they like.

Weis,

Not really a declaration of independence, more along the lines of a declaration of political status. It would be a like a rebuttal to any presumptions that one is a US CITIZEN.

I mean you can't force someone to be a citizen of an entity for the purpose of raping them, when the whole idea of citizenship is voluntary. This document just states who I am and it does not confirm nor deny anything--its just a statement supported by case law and is very hard to refute. Especially when you have it notarized and filed. It is a sworn statement supported by adjudicated case law firmly established but seldom used I think.

I see lots of documents declaring this and that. I believe there is no need to declare (testify) to anything just yet. Since the burden of proof lies with the accusor--it is their job to prove that I am who they say I am. However, I stick by my certificate and I am who I say I am and that is that.

Red face

Jersee, I would like to see an example, or copy of this particular certificate. I cancelled my voter's registration, voluntarily surrendered my DL as well, I am on the way to becoming a non citizen of the state, i would just like to know about doing this with a mailing address as well. Thanks!

Lavender,

you need to PM me with your private e-mail address.

But to comment on what you are doing...it is not advised. It would appear that you need to study and then know how to operate in commerce. I think giving those things back could impede what you are trying to accomplish--personal freedom.

Now keep in mind that I am not a supporter of such things being forced on folks but, you are at war and a violation of your human rights occur everyday--so, while you're in a brainwahsed society--you need to operate with a stealth mode and to cold hard truth is that there is no law without consent. Plus jurisdiction plays a key role in things, hence my doc of non-citizenship status.

Remember, you can do all you want with documents--but if they are not properly defended or used, they are useless.

Send me a PM and I'll hook you up.
