This guy is right on the money....
A sovereign should never cooperate... as it gives the court "legitimacy"
He is also correct about bonding out, as the contract gives them jurisdiction.... (don't forget the 'TDC ARR') but don't worry... it's not the final word...
I have bonded out of jail, and used Clyde Hyde's common law default method to deny the court jurisdiction, have the case dismissed, and I got my bond money back !
Makes no sense spending a month in jail out of defiance.... there are other ways !
