Resident alien

Hello all, just wondering


I'm a resident alien in the US, have european citizenship (did not apply for us citizenship) and a european passport. Been leaving in America for over ten years. To my&knowledge&I obtained a SSN, a drivers license (signed with UCC1-207, almost got the license taken away after they realized it....that's another story), auto registration and also paid income tax (unknowingly).


So my question is how is my status affect me&on becoming a sovereign of the state(the&Cancellatura process etc.)
